The latest Nintendo Direct took place earlier, and we're here to get you up to speed on all the announcements. Aside from the games, Nintendo also announced a new calendar app for all the news they'll be posting in the future, and the introduction of digital cards to their consoles. We've got 25 titles of all shapes and sizes to get through, so let's dig in!

Dragon Quest I + II HD-2D Remake - 2025

A remake of the first two Dragon Quest games, with stunning HD-2D graphics. Experience where the legendary series started.

No Sleep for Kanami Date: From the AI Sominum Files - July 25th

A new entry in the AI Somnium Files games, No Sleep for Kaname Date sees you trying to save an idol singer from a deadly trap.

RAIDOU Remaster: The Mystery of the Soulless Army - June 19

A remake of Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army, the third entry in the Devil Summoner series. Devil Summoner is a spin-off of the Shin Magami Tensei series, something it has in common with the Persona series.

Shadow Labyrinth  - July 18

Experience Pac-Man like never before: As a dark and gruesome Metroidvania. Combine with your round partner, Puck, to traverse the environment and devour your enemies to get stronger, while uncovering what Peck's real motives are.

Patapon 1+2 Replay - July 11

Experience the magic of the first two Patapon games with this re-release. Command an army to the rhythm as you lead your various pons across various levels.

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar - August 27

A new entry in the Story of seasons series. Go around a cozy town doing various tasks and helping the townsfolk as best you can.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond - 2025

We got new details for the next entry in the Metroid Prime series, like the planet you'll be exploring, the powers you'll have access to, and a new suit that Samus will acquire during the game.

Disney Villains Cursed Café - Later Today

Serve various classic Disney villains as they get their daily dose of caffeine. Interact with the likes of Gaston, Captain Hook, Cruella de Ville, and Yzma as you uncover how their mundane life works.

Witchbrook - Holiday

Explore Mossport, a charming seaside community, as it's newest resident witch. Go to Witchbrook Collage, grow your witchy business, make friends, and discover a world filled with wonder as you prepare to graduate magical collage.

The Eternal Life of Goldman - Holiday

Explore a world of myth and legends in this beautiful hand-drawn Metroidvania. Control the (likely) titular Goldman as you make your way to defeat a mysterious deity with your trusty multi-faceted cane.

Gradius Origins - August 7

A collection of 6 classic arcade shooters set in the Gradius universe, including Gradius 1-3, Slamander 1 and 2, and Life Force, each with multiple versions from various regions. Also including Salamander III, a brand-new entry in the series.

Rift of the Necrodancer - Later Today

The rhythm game spun off from the rhythm dungeon crawler makes its way to the Switch. Play your way through the game's original soundtrack, or get the Celeste DLC for even more musical goodness. Super Meat Boy and Pizza Tower track lists were also teased.

Tamagochi Plaza - June 27

A new entry in the Tamagotchi shop simulator series. Play various mini-games as you get your shop ready for your cute customers.

Pokémon Legends Z-A - Late 2025

More details about the upcoming Legends Z-A game, including the Z-A Royale tournament. During the night, you'll face off against various trainers and make your way up a leaderboard, starting at Z and going all the way up to A (oh, I get it).

Rhythm Heaven Groove - 2026

A new entry in the Rhythm Heaven series. Complete minigames to the rhythm of the music, paired with a cute and simplistic art style.

High on Life - May 6th

What if your gun could talk? What if it wouldn't shut up?! High on Life is a first-person shooter from the creators of Rick and Morty, with the same type of humor for you to enjoy.

Star Overdrive - April 10

Explore an alien world and fight a variety of enemies while surfing on your awesome (and customizable) hoverboard. Demo available now.

The Wondering Village - July 17

A city management sim where the city is on a back of a gigantic animal. Form a symbiotic relationship with this colossus as you try to survive this post-apocalyptic world.

FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time - May 21st

A time-traveling open-world adventure game where you can live up to 14 different lives. Explore the world and shape your home village as you see fit.

SaGa Frontier 2 Remaster - Later Today

A remaster of the second Saga Frontier game. Experience the lives of Gustave, royal heir caught in the middle of a war, and Wil, an excavator up against a world-ending threat.

Monument Valley I, II and III - April 15 (I and II), Summer (III)

The classic perspective puzzle games are coming to the Switch! Traverse levels that will challenge your perception of the world as you help your protagonists reach their destination.

Everybody's Golf Hot Shots - 2025
