Frogwares, the developers of The Sinking City, announced a Remaster of the game will soon be coming to modern systems, namely PC, PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. The Remaster is made in Unreal Engine 5, and includes updated 4K textures, support for DLSS, FSR and TSR, improved reflections, and more.

The Remaster will be offered as a free upgrade for existing owners of the game, which you can currently buy on multiple platform for a steep discount (if you're on PC, the Deluxe Edition is by far the cheapest on GOG):

Finally, the devs want to remind us that the Kickstarter for The Sinking City 2 is almost over. The game is fully funded with several stretch goals reached, but a bit more money never hurts and there are some exclusive perks for backers.
