For April Fools, Discord launched a temporary incremental or "clicker" game, The Last Meadow.

It starts off innocently enough as any clicker game would. You start by repeatedly clicking the "touch grass" icon and buying ways to get more points quicker, but it soon turns itself on its head a little bit with certain hazards that take away some of your grass clicks if you don't click on them fast enough... and then it becomes super unhinged very quickly with lots of meta references to Discord itself and some internet culture as a whole. Not before long, you'll find yourself feeling like you took some sketchy mushrooms without actually taking some sketchy mushrooms.

If you want to play the game for yourself, you can find it by going to your Discord, clicking the "Settings" button and scrolling down to "App Settings", where you will find a button that reads "The Last Meadow" and has a patch of grass to the right of it. You can't miss it really. The game will be available until April 7th 11:59 PDT. You will also earn an Avatar decoration that will be yours until May 1st 12:00PDT.

How to Play

NOTE: The game is only available to play on the desktop app and browser.

Option 1

1. Tap on the alert in the bottom-right corner and then press on the right arrow icon to access the game.

2. Press on Play Game to start the game.

1. Open User Settings by pressing the cogwheel [] in the bottom-left corner and select The Last Meadow in the left sidebar. 

2. Tap on Play Game to start the game!

A: The game is only available on desktop app/browser. Unfortunately, the game cannot be played on the mobile version of the app.

A: The avatar decoration is yours until May 1, 2025 (12:00AM PDT).

A: The game will be available until April 7, 2025 (11:59PM PDT). After this time, the game will be removed and cannot be played in the app.

A: Yes, when you go back to The Last Meadow tab in your User Settings, you can tap on the Continue Game option to continue your progress.
