Hearthstone Patch 33.0.3 Rolls Out - 29 Card Changes For Constructed!

Blizzard teased yesterday that we would receive a patch with 29 card changes for Constructed mode, 16 buffs and 13 nerfs. Now they're revealed everything to us, and the patch is rolling out now.

Constructed Nerfs

Loh, the Living Legend now costs 9 (up from 7).
Ball Hog now deals 2 damage (down from 3).
Sock Puppet Slitherspear now has 2 Health (down from 3).
Everburning Phoenix now has 3 Attack (up from 2), but waits until the end of your turn to return to your hand. It's also unbanned in Wild.
Aegis of Light now costs 2 mana (up from 1), but summons a random 2-Cost minion (up from 1-Cost).
Hot Spring Glider now makes your next Murloc cost 1 less (down from 2 less).
Brittlebone Buccaneer now has 3 Health (down from 4).
Guiding Figure now costs 3 mana (up from 2).
Murmur now only affects your first Battlecry minion each turn instead of all Battlecry minions.
Brain Masseuse now has 3 Health (down from 4).
Wilted Shadow now has 6 Attack (down from 7).
Braingill is now a 3/2 (up from a 2/1), but it no longer enchants itself.
Menagerie Jug now gives minions +2/+2 (down from +3/+3).

Constructed Buffs

Reach Equilibrium now only requires 4 spells of each school (down from 5).
Reanimate the Terror now only requires 15 Corpses (down from 18) and is now Blood-Unholy (down from Blood-Blood-Unholy).
Spirit of the Mountain now only requires 6 minions of different types (down from 7), and Ashalon, Ridge Guardian now has Rush.
Shokk, Jungle Tyrant (from The Food Chain) now Discovers its Beasts from any class instead of randomly generating them.
Titanographer Osk is now a 6/6 (down from 7/7), but also costs 6 (down from 7).
Master Dusk (from Lie in Wait) now costs 3 (down from 5) and gives your hero 8 Armor (up from 5).
Opu the Unseen now has Stealth.
Underbrush Tracker now costs 6 (down from 7).
Escape the Underfel now requires 5 Temporary cards (down from 6), and Underfel Rift now costs 3 (down from 5).
Entomologist Toru now costs 8 (down from 9).
Gorishi Wasp now has 7 Health (down from 8), but also costs 5 (down from 6) and now has Rush.
Unleash the Colossus now requires 12 instances of 2 damage (down from 15).
Cloud Serpent now costs 3 (down from 4), but also has 3 Attack (also down from 4).
Questing Assistant now deals 3 damage (up from 2), but it can no longer target the enemy hero.

Battlegrounds Changes

Greater Pouches now first triggers on turn 8 (up from 6) and its appearance rate has been reduced.
Marvelous Mushroom now gives minions +1 Health in addition to its existing +1 Attack.
Sinrunner Blanchy now only works in combat.
Shoalfin Mystic is now a 4/4 (down from 5/5), but its affect now gives minions +2/+1 (up from +1/+1).
Fauna Whisperer is now a 4/9 (up from 3/8), and now affects both adjacent minions instead of only the left one.
Eternal Knight now has 3 Attack (down from 5), but now gains +3/+1 for each dead Eternal Knight (up from +2/+1).
Moroes, Steward of Death is now a 6/4 (up from 5/3) and gives minions +4/+6 (up from +3/+5).
Holo Rover now has Divine Shield.
Shadowdancer now has 5 Attack (up from 4), but is now in Tier 5 (also up from 4).
Tardy Traveler is now in Tier 4 (down from 5).
Captain Sanders is now a 10/10 (up from 7/7), but its effect now only works on Pirates instead of any minion.
Bellowing Tyrant is now a 4/3 (up from 3/2) and gains +4/+3 for each summoned Beast (up from +3/+2).
The Boommobile is now a 30/30 (up from 20/20).
Champion of Sargeras is now a 12/12 (up from 10/10), its effect gives minions in the Tavern +5/+5 (down from +10/+10) but is now permanent instead of an aura, and is split into a Battlecry and Deathrattle.
Channel the Devourer has returned to the spell pool.
Blade of Ambition now costs 7 (up from 6), and can now only target friendly minions.
Guiding Candle is now banned in Duos.
Selfless Sightseer now has 6 Attack (up from 5), but is now in Tier 5 (up from 4).

Arena

Dozing Dragon, [Hearthstone Card (Desert Nestratron) Not Found], Trogg Gemtosser, and Voronei Recruiter have had their rates adjusted to appear less frequently.
Brasswing, Libram of Divinity, [Hearthstone Card (Libram of Fate) Not Found], Camouflage Mount, [Hearthstone Card (Patchwerk Pals) Not Found], and Slagclaw have had their rates adjusted to appear more frequently.
Rheastrasza and Dirdra, Rebel Captain can no longer be drafted.
Razidir can no longer be randomly generated.

Hearthstone Updates

Dev Comment: With the launch of The Lost City of Un’Goro last week, our primary goals for this patch are to infuse power into several of the new cards and to tone down some older decks and early outliers. We’re doing buffs earlier in this expansion cycle because we can see from the early data that many of the new cards are not meeting expectations—and that nerfs alone won’t result in the changes we want to see.

Dev Comment: Well met! Patch 33.0.3 marks our final major balance update of the season. While we’ve made targeted adjustments to individual Trinkets and Anomalies, the core focus this patch is on minion tuning. We’ve addressed standout cards like Shoalfin Mystic and Captain Sanders, aiming to bring them into healthier positions within the meta. At the same time, we’ve given a boost to underperformers such as Fauna Whisperer and Champion of Sargeras to make them more rewarding to play. We hope you’ve enjoyed this season and look forward to sharing what’s coming next very soon.

[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Dragons adjacent to Persistent Poet sometimes did not keep enchantments from combat

[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Moroes, Steward of Death’s Deathrattle gave other minions the wrong attack number.

[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Golden Sinrunner Blanchy was not Reborn with full Health and enchantments in combat.

[Hearthstone] Hamuul Runetotem's effect can no longer be stacked if in your deck multiple times.
