A new card back and questline is coming at the end of November to celebrate the Hearthstone World Championship. Blizzard has not yet detailed the questline, we expect we should be able to datamine it during the patch this Tuesday, but we do know at least two of the rewards! We're also getting a World Championship Tavern Brawl - more on that later.
The World Championship Questline Rewards
Details are not yet known on how many quests will need to be completed to earn these rewards, but at the very least, you will be able to earn:
- 1x Champion's Crest 2025 Card Back
- 2x Across the Timeways Card Packs
The "To Be a Champion!" questline arrives November 26 and leaves on December 3, giving everyone a week to earn the rewards. The Hearthstone World Championship will be taking place December 18-21. Here's the card back:
World Championship Tavern Brawl Returns
A special Tavern Brawl will be available during the same time-period the above questline is available in which you can play old decks from each previous world champion. Any balanced cards will have their stats restored to their previous ones for each of the decks, so

We haven't seen this brawl since its last appearance in 2020, so it should be nice to revisit decks of the past.
