Capcom posted a video titled "Road to Requiem" announcing a very important piece of news for Resident Evil fans - The game is now available for pre-order! For PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, and a first for the series - the Epic Games store.
There are two different editions of the game that can be pre-ordered: Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. Standard Edition is a simple pre-order of the game itself, while Deluxe Edition comes with extra costumes, weapon skins, filters, charms, audio packs, and files. No matter which edition you pre-order, you will unlock the "Apocalypse" costume for Grace.
If you've been hoping for a new Switch controller fix or a bonus to go along with your Resident Evil Requiem pre-order, then it's time to say hallelujah because Capcom also announced a new Switch 2 Pro Controller themed after Resident Evil Requiem. The controller is set to release on February 27 2026 at the same time as the game itself. They also announced that Grace would be the very first amiibo from the Resident Evil series.
