Hearthstone turns 6 in March and we've datamined some details on what we're getting with the arrival of the Spirit of Competition in-game event.
A reminder that datamined details may be inaccurate and can always change before their arrival or not arrive at all. Please keep that in mind when reading the information presented below. =)
Datamined Quests for Hearthstone's 6th Birthday
There are 4 login rewards triggered by quests and 6 legendary quests that are without a doubt active during the event.
- The Spirit of Competition (1)
- Play 2 games in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Descent of Dragons card pack.
- The Spirit of Competition (2)
- Play 20 cards in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Rise of Shadows Pack & 1 Saviors of Uldum Pack
- The Spirit of Competition (3)
- Taks 30 turns in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Rise of Shadows Pack & 1 Saviors of Uldum Pack
- The Spirit of Competition (4)
- Draw 30 cards in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Rise of Shadows Pack & 1 Saviors of Uldum Pack
- The Spirit of Competition (5)
- Play 2 games in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Saviors of Uldum Pack.
- The Spirit of Competition (6)
- Play 10 spells in any mode.
- Rewards 1 Rise of Shadows Pack & 1 Descent of Dragons Pack
There are also quests that are flagged as "NOT USED" yet are also flagged as active in the client. These could simply be from testing, it is just important we make note of them in case they end up being used.

- Rewards 1 BoomsdayPack.

- Play 20 cards cards in any mode.

- Win 1 game in any mode.

In the end, we're getting 11 packs only, not 16 packs as was datamined.
I wonder if this means we will only be getting the packs from the dailies, not gold.
So there will be 16 free packs, did I count right? Thats pretty big. O.O
Big hopes that this daily login rewards become a thing, been wanting this since the beginning of the game!
I kind of doubt it, but it would help out with the economy issue.

Agreed. Saves me from having to unpack the client files and parse them for the changes - this is a brilliant thing that Flux does.
