Nintendo made a post on the Nintendo Today app showing off a few stills from the upcoming video game movie, The Legend of Zelda. In the stills we see the two main characters, Bo Bragason as Zelda, and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link.
The Legend of Zelda movie, which was announced earlier this year, has an expected release date of May 7, 2027 and is being directed by Wes Ball. Filming is taking place in Wellington, New Zealand, and is expected to wrap-up in April 2026.

Characters are looking real good! I hope we get to see some more teasers because a 2027 release date feels like an infinity amount of time right now.
