Pokemon Center Release New Promo Code for Free Illustration Contest Promo Cards

Last year, Pokemon ran a special illustration contest and the top three have had their illustrations turned into real Pokemon cards! These new black-star promo cards feature Pikachu, Feraligatr, and Toxtricity ex and have a special "Pokemon Illustration Contest 2024" logo at the bottom right of them, making them quite unique.

The winners and cards were announced earlier this year and this is now the second time these cards have become available via a promo code. If you missed out back in February, now is your chance to get them again.

Kazuki Minami was awarded the grand prize for their depiction of the adorable Pikachu unwinding with a yawn and stretch on a bright sunny day. Acorviart made a splash in the Standard Card Illustration category with Feraligatr swimming by, submerged under the sun-dappled water. And Anderson rocked out with the award for Best ex Card Illustration, showcasing Toxtricity as a Pokémon ex, shocking and rocking its way out of the frame.

If you're in the US, you can use the code draw2025us to receive these three cards for free on eligible orders. In Canada, the code is instead draw2025ca. Free cards available while supplies last and the code is only eligible for the rest of 2025. The codes can be used on any order from Pokemon Center, so if you're looking to pickup something for a holiday gift, get yourself some promo cards to go along with it.
