It's time to end the year with a bang, because the Steam Winter Sale of 2025 has started. Until January 5, you can score some massive deals on games, sometimes up to 95%. You've got about three weeks, but it's best to get to buying as soon as possible, especially in time for Christmas Day. You've got time to buy a game for a friend at an extremely low price.
A great place to check is your own wishlist to see what deals you can score. If that's still not enough for you, we've also got every game we've reviewed and currently available on the service and their discounts.

Steam Replay
This year's Steam Replay is also out. Every piece of game time you've spent between January 1st and December 14th has been tracked, so you can see all of the data in terms of what games you've played this year, what amount of your game time was spent playing a specific game, and how many achievements you've unlocked. Here's a taste of mine.

Surprisingly, Chris Sawyer's Locomotion ended up being my most played game this year in terms of play time percentage. It's a really good game, and as I mentioned in my review, it's extremely underrated. You can often buy it on Steam for less than $2 (hint, hint), and given that it's a spiritual sequel to the game OpenTTD is based on, and that is itself the precursor to the game that Parkitect is inspired by... I think you can say that this is one of my types.

Do you think you'll pick something up from the sale? Do you see any discounts that you want us to know about? Let us know in the comments below. Feel free to share your Steam Replay statistics as well if you want to.
The sales don't stop there because the GoG, and Epic holiday sales are still ongoing. At the time of writing this, you can also get Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Fel for free, and there will be more free Epic games coming your way through the holiday season.
