Escape From Tarkov's New Player Survey Asks About 1.0 Release, Rewards Military-grade Items

The first in-game player data survey from Escape From Tarkov since it's full release last month has arrived! The survey asks players about story progression, the technical state of the game, audio performance, and overall gameplay experiences after the full release. The survey is available to all players who play the PVP and PVE gamemodes, which the survey asks right out the gate which mode(s) you play.

If you want to give the Tarkov devs your feedback, login and check the Survey button in the bottom right corner to get started. Everyone who does the survey is rewarded with a care package.

The survey starts off by asking about your current story progression. This then leads into whether or not you find your trader interactions for the story clear, and if you want to see more story added to the game in future updates. Do you think Tarkov is doing a good job with story-telling?

After getting stories out of the way, we see questions about how your game performance has seen gains (or lack of) after the 1.0 Patch. This includes a question focused on their audio changes, the graphical FPS improvements, and a general how you feel about the technical state of the game.

Next up is a moment of asking how players are feeling about getting headshot, is it happening too much? This could be a way to gauge how people are feeling about potential cheaters and the level of player confidence based on their other answers. Cheating feels like the main question here though because Tarkov has been infamous for cheaters playing the game and 1.0 introduced new anti-cheat measures.

But are PVE players more confident in their abilities than PVP? That's also a solid question that you can make some judgements on with this kind of question. Player forgetfulness, which is almost certainly a UI hurdle when it comes to Tarkov, is also brought up.
