The Hearthstone team posted a blog post detailing the cards that will have their nerfs reverted once they rotate to Wild. This is usual for the pre-rotation period, and these cards will be in Standard for about a week, leading to a fun and unpredictable meta during that period. The changes will go live on March 10th (with a proper blog post on the 9th), but they'll be available in the Theorycrafting stream happening right now. You can see all the new cards in the quote below.
Quote From Hearthstone Team Hello everyone
The upcoming Winter Playoffs are taking place on March 13-15th. This falls after the 35.0 Balance Patch (10th March), but before CATACLYSM goes live and the Year of the Scarab begins (March 17th).
Therefore, the following cards that are receiving buffs will still be Standard legal during the Winter Playoffs, before they rotate to Wild on March 17th (unless they are already currently Wild). These changes will go live on March 10th, alongside nerfs to several cards outlined in a recent blog post here: https://hearthstone.blizzard.com/news/24246209/cataclysm-community-events-and-balance-patch-preview
All of these changes will be outlined in the 35.0 Patch notes on Monday 9th March, however these changes will be visible in today's theorycrafting event at twitch.tv/playhearthstone
