Play Mech pally. It does not require many brain cells and it stomps dragon hunter.

Looking at HS Replay, Hunter is sitting just below 55% win rate, and while it has some very polarized match ups from the looks of things, across about five different viable archetypes, it has a lot of match ups that appear fairly even. For example: Dragon Hunter is sitting around 50% for matchups with Galakrond Rogue, Galakrond Warlock, and Pirate Warrior. If you want to just punish the Hunters on ladder, consider Mech Paladin. Hunters of all types vary between 45% all the way down to 29% win rates against Mech Paladin, which is top of the meta on HS Replay.
I beat some of them earlier with Token Druid, which has a win rate below but near 50% on average against Dragon Hunters.

Cool story
Being at the top also means its predictable. Just about everyone plays something close to what hsreplay is showing. Learn the deck and figure out a way to tech against it. If you happen to lose due to draw RNG, just go away for a while and come back. Hearthstone is a competitive game where most people try to win. Not every game has to be an intense minion trading fiesta.
If you think hunters are a toxic mess, just wait until April 7th when a full 80% of the meta will be nothing but demon hunters. Stay tuned.

Hunter is high skill if you play against another aggro deck.
But against bad decks? Yea, it's easy win for the Hunter.
