They're really trying to make cubeless Cubelock happen. Well, I'm down for it, it's time Enhanced Dreadlord got her time in the spotlight in Standard after she went for two years without getting a functional archetype
Shouuld be noted that you can cast this early if you discount it with the Shadow guy from Nathria (that nobody ever played)
Only good if there are good big demons available and there really isnt at the moment.
Enhanced Dreadlord isn't good enough and even if it is what other targets are there? A card for the future, but given its high mana cost Im not 100% sure it'll work out.
Damn expensive for 3 damage, and I fail to understand why the conditional part justifies such extra cost.
Not sure about this one. It needs a demon package, and the demons need to be alright to summon immediately. Luckely Enhanced Dreadlord among others are in CORE, so it has a little support. But i feel like there still aren't enough BIG demons to cheat out with this, and it costs 6 mana. I don't think this will be good enough for a bit, but might end up pretty good if they print more BIG Demons.
There's only like 3 hits I'm happy to pull with this, and all 3 are coming in the core set. I don't think that's quite enough to make this work now but definitely something to keep an eye on when future big demons come around.
Yikes: how can a card be this strong, yet this weak at the same time ... underwhelmed
