As good as this is on paper, I don't think Hunter is really a class that can just not have minions on board by turn 3.
Also the available Secrets aren'T really good enough to play around this.
It looks like Hunter will have three secrets after rotation, so that will make the discover choices you get rather predictable. For now anyway. Would you want to not play minions for this? It's Hunter, so I doubt it, but perhaps if your board gets wiped. But probably you should be rebuilding.
If the conditions wasn't so impossible in a class like hunter this card would realistically be powerful enough to see play in most decks. Never underestimate secrets to win you games.
Unfortunately, I see no reason why hunter would play a deck that doesn't curve so minions would be on board 90% of the time, and if they're not then you've technically lost the game, or 100% all in spitter to do the job because this card can't possibly save you anyway.
Alright, so horrible condition considering Hunter loves putting stuff on board AND the Wild seed package is still in standard. And hunter doesn't really have a secret pay-off deck in standard, and all secret support cards are rotating. Pretty sure Emergency Maneuvers, Explosive Trap, Freezing Trap, ZOMBEEEES!!! and Motion Denied are the only secrets in standard post rotation. Sure that's a smal pool of secrets, but i feel like it's simply not good enough for most hunter decks.
Even Big Beast Hunter played a variety of minions, making the Soloist condition a little self-defeating. They're decent secrets sure, but I don't think you're swinging back with them.
Discover + Cast a secret, with a decent body for cost too; kinda threatening!
