Combo Hunter version 1.0

This deck came to me in a dream. I'm channeling the force of Chump daddy in this one.

Overview:

This is a Combo Hunter deck which aims to kill the opponent with Beastmaster Leoroxx into three King Krush, tripled through the use of Ramkahen Wildtamer. Play reactively against your opponent's threats through the use of okay statted minions like Ursatron, busted one-drops like Dwarven Sharpshooter and *cough* Depth Charge, then thin the deck with Skydiving Instructor, Phase Stalker and Tracking.

To read more in detail look below:

Secret Package:

2x Phase Stalker

2x Explosive Trap

1x Freezing Trap

1x Pack Tactics

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Phase Stalkers is a nutty card. Phase Stalker opop. It single handedly helps you establish board control, thins your deck, and justifies dealing chip damage which this deck needs since our combo potential caps at 27. It can also be tutored by Scavenger's Ingenuity. We run 4 secrets to help with this game plan, but these are mostly personal preference. I like Explosive Trap because it's bonkers against Demon Hunter. The other two are kind of thrown in to give the secrets some diversity, since with fewer secrets you get awkward hand states where you have secrets you can't play.

I also like Pack Tactics, since it can help protect your stalker and allow double dipping on deathrattles like Ursatron and Loot Hoarder.

Gyrocopter Package:

2x Ursatron

2x Diving Gryphon

2x Gyrocopter

Did you remember that Ursatron was a card? Seriously strong card without the deck to go around it. 3 mana 3/3 which tutors? Nuts. This deck plays Ursatron because, frankly, we just need all the draw we can get. Gyrocopter is basically the only passable mech in standard. I considered Safeguard, but I chose Gyrocopter because it had extra synergy with Diving Gryphon, another strong draw card. And, I mean, when you think about it, Gyrocopter is basically like 2 Assassinates, so yeah.

These three cards make up the Gyrocopter package. I mean, I did say this deck was bad.

Skydiving Instructor Package:

2x Depth Charge

2x Dwarven Sharpshooter

2x Skydiving Instructor

Skydiving Instructor thins the deck. And this deck needs thinning.

The 2 one drops I chose here are pretty solid. Dwarven Sharpshooter is obviously a strong card, and I think Depth Charge is also one, just that it hasn't fit into the right package yet. This is not that package, but it's pretty funny. Also, Depth Charge on one or two is pretty strong in a lot of cases too, I mean, it straight up annihilates Totem Shamans, the meta predator.

Combo Package:

2x Tracking

2x Scavenger's Ingenuity

2x Ramkahen Wildtamer

2x Novice Engineer

2x Loot Hoarder

1x Beastmaster Leoroxx

1x King Krush

Draw and Combo. Tracking is insane in this deck, as it is in every combo hunter. Unfortunately, a combo hunter has never existed, but if it did, Tracking would be insane. The combo is to use Ramkahen Wildtamer twice while King Krush is the only beast in your hand. You might be skeptical about running other beasts (Diving Gryphon and Phase Stalker), but because they're cheap they're easy to dump.

Basically, mulligan for Skydiving Instructor, Phase Stalker, Dwarven Sharpshooter and Explosive Trap (Sometimes).

Currently a nice 33% winrate. I know, it's pretty impressive, but full disclosure, my sample size is small.

Future Improvements:

There's definite optimization with the Secret package. There's also consideration to move away from Beastmaster altogether and run Scarlet Webweaver, and I'll likely try to experiment with them.

I'm also eyeing this potential dank combo with Arcane Fletcher/Gadgetzan Auctioneer/Jar Dealer. Synergizes with the existing Skydiving Instructor and enables us to draw Tracking and Scavenger's Ingenuity with consistency.

I'll keep you posted.
