A nice addition to Targon, It's basically a cheaper Arachnoid Sentry at the cost of not being able choose your target.
I think people are slightly overrating this card, specifically because of the Daybreak effect. It's a bit hard to play this as flexibly as Arachnoid Sentry, and there are scenarios where you'd need to play other cards before this or play two of these. Overall, strong but not busted.
This is similar to Arachnoid Sentry. It costs less mana, which is a very big deal; but you can't choose the target of its stun, and the stun only triggers if it's the first card you play that turn. Also significant is that this is a Targon card, not a Noxus card; Targon as a region excels in taking over in the late game due to the Invoke mechanic, which means they naturally make better use of stalling tools like this one.
This is a very strong card for Targon in general, and for Leona and Yasuo + Leona decks in particular. 5/5
I think this card is harder to use than it looks. The fact that you can't choose the target and that this card has to be your first card played each turn may be really awkward to use sometimes. It is certainly strong for it's cost but not 5 stars imo
