Well, people have been using Shunpo lately, so you can't say it's not worth the mana.
it's much much easier to behold a dragon than plunder, seems like a good finisher for dragon decks have synergy with fury, rally is such a strong mechanic.
But the dragon deck as it seems is quite heavy on mid tier units 4-6 mana.. maybe you would prefer Relentless Pursuit instead?
The only question to me is if i can fit this guy into a shadowisles dragon shell and resummon him multiple times :O
