You bank 2 or 3 mana by either skipping your first two turns or play Gift Giver/Eye. Then on your turn 3 and 4 you play Mentor of the Stones / Tasty Faefolk / Rivershaper, followed by Taric or Fae Guide to protect those key 3-drops. Stall the midgame a little more until you have leveled Lee Sin + Zenith Blade for finisher.
