Taric Double Spells

Idea for a Taric + Lux deck that works similarly to Karma + Lux, but it's faster and has some limitations. Overall, take advantage of Taric's ability to double spells cast on him to create more Final Sparks and more big bodies for a low cost. Demacia works as a great secondary region as it has great buffing spells and access to Relentless Pursuit.
