Aloof Teemo

Things to keep in mind.

Generally your key cards are Teemo or Puffcap peddler so you hard mulligan looking for either if none in hand.

It's nice to have both but depending on the type of obstacles you could face it is generally safer to discard Teemo if you already have peddler in your hand.

When it comes to abusing Teemo consider the regions you are against.

Demacia too many challengers and too many commonly used tools to hit Teemo with.

PnZ In some styles removal could be limited but usually expect tons of removal or ways to delay Teemo.

Bandlewood - So far it looks like a region that has decent options to remove and delay Teemo. But nothing that is considerably worrisome yet.

Freljord. If you see Vladimir or a late game champ in that region then expect a hard time. If you  see other champions removal will be more limited and you can attempt to quickly level him with Chump wump.

Shadow Isles - Very deck dependent. Just be familiar with what commonly played SI decks contain and make a judgement call.

Ionia by itself can only delay Teemo so you have to be mindful of whether or not it is paired with a region with a lot of removal options.

Bilgwater limited removal options in the popular decks. If they are paired with a region that also has limited removal you can easily attempt to level him up quickly with Chump wump. In less popular builds you will run into a lot of removal scenarios so this becomes too risky.

Targon - Removal so limited it's the easiest region to abuse except for one factor.. As long as you hold spells in hand you can quickly keep Teemo alive in almost every situation they try to remove him. But If you play normal games you can run into Starlit epiphany and it will ruin your day.

Noxus - tons of removal but they are all so cost inefficient against teemo that generally when you usually would prefer to hold puffcap peddler over Teemo against Noxus decks where you can assume they have a lot of removal you are better off having as many Teemos in hand as possible instead of peddlers.
