Poppy Quinn Scouts, ft. Bannerman

This is just a rough draft of the idea. I'm sure some of these cards would need to be something different. But I don't see another good way to make Poppy work, aside from granting her Scout, which we accomplish with Field Promotion. However, that's not enough by itself - she also needs other scouts to attack with. 

I feel like this could potentially be the best way to play her - grant scout to her, maybe rally on the opponent's attack token, and Poppy will level up quite fast.

Side note: the only card in here that doesn't count as Demacia is the Stone Stackers, which seemed important to include because the deck was lacking 2-drops. So, this is a 37-card allegiance deck, as well as a Poppy/Quinn scout deck.
