Disguised Jhin Burn Aggro

This is basically burn aggro, but you need to have Jhin to get the extra skills cards, and you need a Noxus champion to get access to the burn and aggression. However, you do NOT need your Noxus champion to be worth anything for your game plan. We'd much rather be champless, but we cannot do this deck without the champs.

So, we do 1x of each champ, and we disguise our deck by using Vladimir as our Noxus champion. It's always possible that our opponent mulligans away their Withering Wails and Avalanche's, thinking those will just help us level our Vlad faster. Regardless, I guarantee your opponent will be scratching their head, thinking "Wtf kind of shenanigans is this person doing with Jhin and Vlad?"

Working quite well for me so far in Plat.

Possibly the Drakehound should be Tusk Speaker, but the list is off to an explosive start, so I'm leaving the Drakehound for now.
