Zoe Taric Reforge+Invoke

The idea of this deck is to use Gems and Blade Fragments to Level Up Taric or heal through Sparklefly. Giddy Sparkeologist is meant to be either played on Zoe to make Zoe's level up possible or on Sparklefly. Zoe's Level Up is not the focus of the deck, and shouldn't be gone for unless you have Zoe and Sparkeologist to protect her.
