There's not much to say. You have to play City Breaker as soon as possible and keep it alive to try to level up Swain. Ember Maiden is a very useful card to level up Vlad if you have a Ruthless Raider on board.
In my opinion it's a very staight forward deck.
I got the idea from one of my best expedition runs i played recently.
