Converts 100% of Physical damage to Cold damage
Cannot inflict Freeze, Shock or Ignite
50% more damage with Hits for pulses originating from a Unique enemy
Converts 100% of Physical damage to Fire damage
Converts 100% of Physical damage to Lightning damage
