Update: Full Card Dust Refunds for Hearthstone’s Latest Balance Changes Are Still Active, Just Not for Much Longer!
It turns out the official blog post for Hearthstone Patch 23.0.3 was true to its word, as the latest set of card balance changes resulted in a longer than usual dust refund window. You can still benefit from that, but there isn't much time left!
