[OOC-89] Golden Card Thumbnail

Not to be confused with "cardimg gold" script, which I'm aware of. Let's say I want to show Pyros. It shows normal. However, I can't show its golden version with "cardgold" or "card gold" script. So, I will ask: Isn't this feature implemented or is there a way to show golden card thumbnail within words?

I've opened an issue for this so we can get it implemented. Oversight on my part when we added golden support for card image embeds =)
