Seems fine. Helps you get Deep and rewards you when you get there, so it will never be a dead card. And it's not like you need the board space before you are Deep.
Do you drop some other Toss effect in favor of this? That's a harder question. It probably depends on your deck type. Maybe this card lets you play Nautilus without relying on Shadow Isles. It would be fun to see him paired with some other regions.
This is interesting, at the point that you're deep you usually have a power spike anyway, so I wonder how good this is. However, this can generate a 7/7 blocker at burst speed so maybe that'll be worth it.
Edit: I just realized that Slaughter Docks only transforms if you’re Deep and Round Start. That makes it much slower
I like it, it really helps you with getting deep. Not only that, once you are there it transforms into (on average) a high statted monster.
Yes, you are not getting any immidiate impact, but the value over time is big.
