In janky OTK combos? Possibly. In any other deck? Likely not. Awful statline and no tribe synergies to save it.

When I first saw this I thought "wait, why doesn't this have the Murloc tag?" then I actually read the name of the card and felt a little stupid.
I don't think card will see a lot of play since Handbuff stuff is generally pretty slow and doesn't impact the game at all. Maybe some deck will be able to make good use of the 2/2 buff, but I doubt there is any deck than wants this buff that can't already get it in a much easier way.

I love handbuff cards. So I love this card as well.
But without something neutral like Saronite Chain Gang, it'll struggle to find a place in competitive.
Still, let's keep the hope alive by saying that this + Felsteel Executioner = opponent has no ooze and concedes. Yes its a highroll, but it makes me happy. Let me wallow in the hopes of this being good.
Has some synergies with Augmented Porcupine and Trampling Rhino but as we all know, hand buffs aren't the greatest

Hand buff neutral card? Arena card IMO
Horrible stats, no tribe and it's the worst kinda buff: Handbuff. Wont see play except in some kinda meme deck.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Well giving a minion +2/+2 isn't that bad the main problem is it's random and also its on a pretty bad body. But hey the art is nice!

Compared to Tasty Flyfish this looks miserable. Why would any competitive deck run this card?

Too slow for handbuffs. It's weird they are bringing it back though because handbuffs are more of a gadgetzan thing.

Handbuff only really worked with magnetic. Doubt it sees constructed play.
Being a battlecry and not a deathrattle makes it actually usable

If it was more targeted, it could see play, but since it's a random handbuff means that it's hard to get the buffs on the targets that you want (minions that copies themselves, Taunts/Rush, etc.)

Imagine if this was to a minion on board, that'd be a nuts play for Aggro decks. As is the fact that you can't control where the buff goes kind of just kills the card.

Slow card, but has some potential with scaling cards like Wolpertinger, Felsteel Executioner and Carnival Clown. The question will be if the scaling pay-off will be worth the weak body upfront in any decks.
Maybe it'll see play in arena, but that's about it I think
This doesn't synergize with anything, and the stats are bad and also I hate Handbuff.

More had buff mechanics. If it doesn't hit your three or four drop, it will be a feels bad play. I don't think it carries enough stats of its own to make sense in an aggro style deck.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
