  • Maybe in menagerie for those classes that lack Mechs? The statline isn't that awful for a Divine Shield minion, and the potential of Rush is a nice bonus.

  • Honestly it's not that bad. Seems like an average-ish Neutral Common to me, except slightly stronger. It could be good, or not.

  • I could see this in an aggressive Menagerie Warrior list since it can be buffed and synergizes well with a lot of Warrior cards.

  • It's not bad once you corrupt it, but I don't think you will want to play it for it's base cost unless you really care about the mech tag. Dealing 3 damage for 3 mana on a 3/2 body is really good for a neutral card, it just needs some setup.

  • Powercreep on Scarlet Crusader but its likely that it will not see any play outside of arena, where it will be king.

    The main problem is that you'd have to play a 4 mana card to activate the rush, and since rush is often seen as a removal on demand card, its likely just too slow to do anything. Had the divine shield be the description gained instead of rush, it would've been decent. Otherwise, its just inconsistent at best, bricking your hand at worst.

  • Arena card at it's greatest.  3/2 rush and divine shield?  Totally worth a follow up to yeti

  • This is like Restless Mummy more than anything else. Mummy is a great card that gets played a lot, so I think this will be good too! It costs 1 less and keeps its health after trading, but is slower because you need to Corrupt it first for full value.

  • Cheap mech, but it seems bad. Not sure if Y'Shaarj, the Defiler decks even want it. Most classes have a better Corrupt option what a similar effect.

    RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

  • Power creep on Scarlet Crusader, but I think the 3 rush damage isn't going to be as effective by the time turn 5 rolls around. This only gets worse as the game goes on as it doesn't have rush at a base, which makes for a terrible top deck. I'd just run Fleethoof Pearltusk if I wasn't already if I wanted corrupt cards from Y'Shaarj, the Defiler.

  • It's not bad, but it's not good, and that means it won't be played. If it didn't need to be Corrupted for the Rush I'd say it was insane, but as is it just comes down a bit late and doesn't really do as much anymore when you want it to.
