Any tips to fulfill the C`Thun achievement?

I am "hunting" achievements at the moment, but it seems nearly impossible to get the C`Thun achievement, because most of the enemies will hurt themselfs with some AOE or hero attacks.
Any suggestions how to get this achievement?

I see you!
It just seems like one of those half court miracle shots that will go in at some point. I’d move on to the rest and see if that naturally occurs. Seems like it would be good against something like Priest though, after a Plague of Death and pass.
Maybe do Quest Priest? I don't know if C'Thun is particularly good in a Quest Priest deck, but if you're just achievement hunting that seems like the easiest way to make opponents avoid hurting themselves.
A man is lying on the street, some punks chopped off his head
I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
Your only chance is perhaps against another priest with the same idea. Playing as priest is perhaps the best way to do it since you can also heal them up. Once you do that, it will be pretty obvious what you're trying to do. At that point you really got to just pray your opponent's not a dick and screw your achievement.
Does double Battlecry from Shaman work for the achievment?
1. Concede like 20 games in a row so you can get to Bronze MMR
2. Use Witch’s Brew to heal your opponent to full.
3. Blast ‘em and Profit.
This ain't no place for a hero
I tried Priest but the heal wasn`t enough to keep the enemy on full health.
I like the idea with Witch`s Brew. :)

Unfortunately you need him not to have board. Maybe Quest shaman with double battlecry

The full board is the challenge, I think. I nearly pulled this off in C'Thun Druid against a Priest, but he ended up taking a small amount of damage with a Raise Dead. The board he created didn't prevent me from winning, but it did leave me pretty salty about it...
Quest Shaman with double C'Thun battlecry seems like a good strategy for ensuring you can clear the board and get lethal, so long as you can account for your opponent's life total beforehand. I guess, if you manage to get C'Thun often enough, one of those times your opponent will be at full health. Might be hard to full heal your opponent and not get wiped that late in the game.
I have had success using an heavy Control Warrior, you remove everything they play and after they run out of cards you can slam C'Thun on the empty board for the achievement.
Just got the achievement in wild with double battlecry Shaman. 60 damage is a lot against any opponent, even with a board full of healthy minions. It did take a LOT of tries, but eventually i got it against a big priest. It's a really tough achievement that takes a lot of time, but it's certainly do-able. (Their are WAY harder achievements, like the "Win in BG after AFk-ing your 3th turn with AFK" achievement.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I'm glad to hear the double battlecry approach works. I was worried it would count each battlecry separately. It looks like I have some quest C'Thun shaman to play...
Just concede against any player who can lower their health - Warlock (life tap) or Demon Hunter, Hunter, Paladin who can attack to minions

This seems crazy difficult. To build C'Thun you have to play Eye of C'Thun, which could easily hit face even if nothing else has the whole game. You have to have some sort of healing option. Or give your opponent armor with Weapons Project?

If you have the cards this deck works perfectly. I could do it on second try (I missplayed), finished on 5th try

I have almost everything, just missing 1 Psychmelon and U.I., which I replaced with other card draw. In the end it didn't matter because my opponent was AFK the entire game so I could just go through the motions by myself (I'm not sure if a bug meant they were unable to do anything, but the game didn't end like it normally would from a disconnect). It was therefore a hollow victory, but since I have never liked playing combo druid I will take that gladly.
Since the Launch, I've been hunting this achievement too.
I have no other tips other than keep playing and get lucky.
One day, you'll come across a priest match-up that won't concede before you drop down C'thun. Just like I did yesterday.
Standard Ladder - Legend. Control C'thun Warrior vs Resurrect Priest.
Guys, I got SO lucky today! C'Thun-Lock mirror match, my opponent was at 12 health with an empty deck, I had C'Thun in the deck waiting to be drawn. The match was mine, but then he played Jaraxxus (and was suddenly at "full health"), I topdecked C'Thun and snagged that achievement! I know this does not help others get it, but I'm so hyped I had to brag. I hope others can run into similar luck!

Maybe Quest Warlock works too? you can go to fatigue, play the last piece, draw with the hero power and next turn twisting nether + c'thun or brann too if you play wild.
I saw the achievement unlock on Zalae's stream while he was playing Duels. He killed his opponent with it in the first match of the run. I think that will be one of the easiest ways to unlock it, since you have a very small deck and the opponent only has 20 health. The only issue is them conceding before it can go off.
Aviana into Kun the Forgotten King into Innervate into Ysiel Windsinger into Tree of Life into C'Thun, the Shattered.
Pretty expensive, but once you hit the combo you're 100% guaranteed to get the achievement.
Edit: I just scrolled through the thread and noticed that someone posted a Zeddy's video where he plays the exact same combo I suggested. Don't mind me.
Spice Lord and self-proclaimed Meme Master.
I included Zombie Chow, some cheap healers, Emperor Thaurissan and a couple of rez effects in a deck. That's how I got the achievement with priest at diamond 10.
This is my take on the achievement "No Pathetic Cards", which requires to kill the opponent with C'Thun the Shattered from full health. I tried the Druid Combo version, but that was too convoluted. The Shaman version worked on my 3rd try. The idea is to stall the game with removal spells and Stickyfinger. Once C'Thun is in your deck, draw him with Jepetto to get a 1mana C'Thun. Next turn you have 9 mana to deal with the board and heal the opponent with Witch's Brew. Good luck!
