Good without a board, even better with a board, nice card.
Note that it costs (5) or more, so it's even better than it looks, which is already very, very good!
Its basically going to summon two 4/3 treats for 5 on its own, and will further buff up your other minions, assuming you have any. Is it really going to be broken? I'm doubtful. Not because that card is bad, but it happens to belong to a class that doesn't care about these things. In druid, any deck that doesn't ramp with Overgrowth is automatically required to push the envelope further out of the galaxy, and this card just isn't really doing that.
At its core, its an aggro card. Or a token druid card, since goru is still in standard. Both aren't really that good at the moment, so let's just chalk it up to an 'if' scenario. "IF" token/aggro druid becomes a thing in standard, this will be good. Otherwise its trash.
I find it fair - a little expensive, but as it may be valuable on a semi decent board, the cost is justified - plus druid can always ramp up those crystals

2 minions 4/3 for 5 mana is ok, plus +2+1 to your board is really sweet.
I hate token druid, but that card looks good.

Seems kinda meh. Fits best in Treant Druid but that's probably it. Let's be honest, the buff isn't going to matter that much, because your probably finishing your opponent off with Savage Roar instead in most token decks. But having said that Force of Nature saw/sees play occasionally, so not all hope is lost for Arbor Up. People may play it instead of a copy of Force of Nature if they want bigger stats instead of more tokens.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

But seriously, this is a really strong card. If you've got a few minions on board, the burst is significant.

Makes sure that the opponent has to deal with your board otherwise savage roar ends the game. Will be run in token druid, not much else tho. Treant druid lol.

This just seems BETTER than Force of Nature in every way. Yeah, you get one less Treant, but the two you get are now 4/3, and anything else you have on the board just got a little more scary.

I think it can work to make a final board push in a token druid deck. This is probably the top end of what that deck would like to run. Does the deck have enough other pieces to make it work though?
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Any kind of mid-range or aggro deck would include 2 copies of this card. It is much better than Fungalmancer, which was run in every deck that wanted to put on pressure. Even without minions to buff it is still two 4/3 minions for 5 mana which is not awful. If you have a single minion then it is great. Two or more minions and it is extremely powerful.
I don't see why there is such a focus on treant/token druid or nothing.
