New Rogue Minion - Vanessa VanCleef

I’ll have to see the rest of the set before making my decision on this card. Seems interesting, though

This is a very interesting direction for the burgle mechanic. Before the game, this will effectively be giving you a random card, but during the game you will always know what this will give you before you play it. I think this will be a lot of fun for the rogue players.

This is will a great tool against secrets.

Well, that's basically confirming rogue's legendary, and a fitting one too.

It has good applications, but I'm afraid its always going to be on the fringes. Its just simply not possible for a card to see inclusion into a deck that only sometimes do good stuff. But if shadowstep makes the cut in standard then that would explain why this card is on first sight sems so underwhelming.

I like it. Very interesting and flavourful. But i guess it`s not gonna see that much play because it is not that consistent.

I like the non-random burgling effect and it's about time it became part of Rogue's core gameplay. At 2-mana this is flexible enough to be used in multiple situations.

Just take for instance your opponent goes first and plays their 1-drop of choice. YOu can coin this and get a combo activator for later or something similar.

I really like her effect, it's a nice spin on Burgle Rogue and she has premium 2 drop stats. Glad to see that Vanessa VanCleef replaces her dad Edwin VanCleef in standard, but i also still hope they bring back Tess Greymane in the core set. :)

Vanessa VanCleef will probably see play in combo/burgle rogue decks and maybe midrange/control or combo rogue decks that would love to copy an opponents board clear. Vanessa VanCleef seems really flexible and i like it.

It Seems much more a Priest card

What a great card effect. Burgle always had the downside of possibly getting something unusable when they stole from an opponent. This makes the enemy have to rethink the order they play stuff in just to not get killed by their own fireball or charge minion the next turn. 

Such an interesting card who's skillful use can swing games. fantastic design.

If you survive after the enemy plays C'Thun, the Shattered, that card will give you a Trolden fuel. :D

Imo its nto flavourfull. Not for Vanessa. 

She is master of poisons and toxcins.

This wouldve fit more on a different rogue character thats more about stealing or spying.

even somethign like  Battlecry: add a deady poison to your hand would be more fitting for vanessa.

I do like the card, just doesnt fit vanessa.

This is an interesting card, not only does it add to Rogue's burgle identity, but it makes the player put some thought in before playing her, as their opponent may have played a weak card on purpose. 

Her cost is great for shadowstep, too (IF that makes it into the core set) allowing for potential 2 powerful cards your opponent played last turn.

Love the flavour and the effect, definitely a go to substitute card for your rogue deck if you missing other legendaries 

What would have been nice, would be if she gave you one of 5 possible poison cards. One that gives your next attack poisonous, freeze, lifesteal etc.

I mean [Hearthstone Card (Murozond, the Infinite) Not Found] exists. There are a handful of similarities between the two. People wouldn't complain too much if this were a priest card (obviously with combo replaced).

Or the toxcins from xaril the poisoned mind (1mana draw 1, deal 2, return friendly minion to hand give +3 attack and give a riednly minion stealth)

I love this kind of cards, would like to see a similar effect but with battlecries.

This just seems really lackluster.  I know that this card cannot compare in power to edwin, but JUST the last card when Plagiarize does the whole turn?
