So if I understand this correctly, this essentially means infinite +2 spell damage until your deck runs out of minions or she gets silenced.
It's hard to evaluate but double spell damage is very strong as demonstrated recently through SD Mage.
The main issue is that she's really slow and you're probably not going to be able to properly make use of her the turn you play her (which then leaves her vulnerable to silence and morphs)
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This is a bit costly to play alongside a spell. It doesn't have bad stats, though, and it provides infinite silencable value. Think of the next card - that could be a 1-mana minion with +2 Spell Damage! That situation isn't so unlikely, given how many small bois Mage usually runs.
Power level aside, I love cards with loose, themed text. And the color scheme! *swoon* This is beautiful.

I wonder what exactly "inherits these powers" means. I assume it means "gets +2 spell damage & this deathrattle". That is, I assume it doesn't mean "gets all the enchantments and buffs this card has", because that would snowball--if you drew Sorcerer's Apprentice, then its deathrattle would give "+2 spell damage, spells cost one less, and this deathrattle", and so on.
Okay so it's universall spell damage (works with any spell tribe/tag) from what i can tell, and it goes infinte.. well untill you run out of minions or it gets silenced. This seems like a REALLY strong effect that both spell-damage mage and control mage can make use of. I'm kinda looking forward to experimenting with this card, it seems solid!
Also i like that we finally got Aegwynn, the Guardian in HS, i'm don't know much about WoW lore but isn't she like Medivh's mom? (If i got that right, i hope she has some unique dialogue/voicelines when played by someone who has a Medivh skin. Would be cool for the people that have that skin!) Oh and is that Aluneth in her hands?
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Hard to evaluate because not sure what it is doing. Is it one trick or infinite value? If infinite, does it give powers from new minions too? For example - this dies, you draw Sorcerer Aprentice, it gets +2 spell power and deathrattle, you play it, it dies, you draw minion and it gets +2 spell power+deathrattle+spell discount.

does this mean the deathrattle chains forever until u run out of minions? or just the next minion also has +2 spell damage.
It seems a good setup card for burn decks, since if you deck has many spell damage minions you can have a +3 or +4 minion, or even buff a Sorcerer's Apprentice and that's really good.
No more apprentice, no more Arcane Missiles, no more Frostbolt, no more Pyroblast. Not even Arcane Explosion, the one card that might have benefited immensely by spell damage.
And then this card gets printed.
So assuming you get permanent +2 spell damage. The only thing you can conceivably do with this would be Combustion and Shooting Star, while there are only 2 burn spells in standard, Apexis Blast and Fireball. Both of which are too expensive to justify playing a minion with +2 spell damage.
Unless Barrens come out with some of the most ridiculous cheap spell for mage, can't say Ive much hope for this card.
Note that there's no such thing as Sorcerer's Apprentice in Standard. The "girl" is moving to Wild.
I'm sure there will be at least a few burn spells in the Barrens. I'm not too concerned about it.
I like the card art, and I hope she has a unique opening line when played against Medhiv.
Or even if Medhiv plays her...

This seems very good to me. Think about sticking that DR on an Imprisoned Phoenix: spell damage +4 that you can safely bank into a dormant minion for a massive burst later on.
