I have had it hit on Bloodmage Thalnos and he did not pass on his draw deathrattle or the additional +1 spell damage. The next minion in the deck only got the original buff of +2 SD and deathrattle to pass the ability on to the next minion.
I have also had it hit on Sorcerous Substitute and the copy she spawned had the ability as well. That was fun... didn't really get to see much from there b/c my opponent conceded.

So they inherit the spell damage and the deathrattle. Do they also copy whatever other text is on any subsequent minion that dies? If this hits a Loot Hoarder and that then dies, would the next minion also gain "Deathrattle: Draw a card"?

I imagine not, because it says "these powers".

Yeah it;s a good question, if the next minion has a battlecry will that get passed on after also? I'd say from the wording it will just be the spelldamage +2 and the rattle which spreads it.
