Tar Creeper feels like a better inclusion
Even a 4 men Fen Creeper would have been better
I agree it definitely would have been nice to see Tar Creeper return.
We do have Lone Champion though which is similar.

I guess this is here for the Forged in the barrens flavor, because I don't know why then though.
Always been good for stopping mini-minions, but anything more than that there is usually a class specific one that is better
Meh, probably just here to help new players.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
