less expensive which is why I think it's still a contender to Raid Leader. But the fact that it relies on board placement and spell summons straight negate half of this minion's effects make him less attractive

Meh wont see play. Probably just for new players.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
