I wouldn't put it into my deck, but it does give Pack Kodo better options.
Also works well with Ace Hunter Kreen, who is severely underrated.
The problem remains that Midrange Hunter is still just an inferior version of Face Hunter and this set hasn't really helped with that. I guess I'll wait for the next expansion.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Damn, great card! Think of it like Hunter's Mark that you don't need a minion to trade with, and you can use it twice. It's expensive, but probably worth it. Think about how much loose mana Face Hunter usually has in the late game when you're trying to close the deal, need to get through big taunts, and don't care about your own health.

Hunter's Mark saw no play until Candleshot came out. The only reason they went together so well is both cards were independently useful but very strong when combined.
It's a solid card, but it's too expensive to run straight-up. Too many situations where it's a dead draw. It's fodder for Pack Kodo.
A man is lying on the street, some punks chopped off his head
I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
Very good weapon for Arena. Not sure what constructed deck wants to run this, probably none.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Hmm i'm not sure this will see play. Hmmmm... On one side i feel like this is a sleeper card that really helps OTK hunter decks, but on the other side Poison cards in hunter almost never work and it costs 4 mana in order to remove 2 minions.
The only time i think this will see play is if Hunter gets more OTK/Control support, which is weird considering Hunter is known as a more aggresive class.
Oh and in wild i'm pretty sure this is trash/dust. Why play a 4 mana weapon, when you can spend that mana on tools to ACTUALLY survive the turn 5. (Turn 5 in wild is when APM mage often goes nuts and OTKs you, Secret mage really pops off and Token Druid often kills you. Just some info for the people that hardly/don't play wild.)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
It's obviously too expensive.
It's not great, and I don't think there's much else to say about it. As a slower hunter deck, your health is precious, and if you use this to remove two big minions you're losing a lot of it.
This post is discussing the wild format.
Great for Pack Kodo or that spell that adds a Weapon to your hand. Not put into any decks though.
I don't think this is going to be good enough, but this feels like a potential sleeper
I'm fairly certain Hunter has better ways to destroy 2 minions.
Too expensive and hunter has better options for poisonous/destroy effects.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
Its bad. Nuff said.
Too expensive, doesn't protect face, and only have two charges. On top of that, it basically nerfed Pack Kodo's discover effect.
