That's basically global Thaurissan on Yeti stats. The only thing that balances this is the fact that there are no insane elementals...yet.
I tried having fun once.

I like the thought of this in elemental shaman, but what do I replace to slot it in? Does it take the place of the 2/6 taunt? Or is it more likely to replace the 2/2 that adds a random elemental to hand?
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Nice battle cry and elemental. Hitting deck too is great. This could be strong.

Probably not good. Any dedicated elemental deck would be a midrange deck which means this card have to intrinsically let you play big elementals early and at the moment there's simply no really good ones.
Unless you can literally build an entire deck that plays nothing but elementals, complete with an end game like kalimos there's just no reason not to just equip Doomhammer instead and win.
Current elemental shaman decks are all aggro, reducing the cost of elementals would be pretty useless because at turn 4/5 you mostly need pressure on the board.
This would only make sense in a control deck but I'm not sure if control elemental shaman will work out this expansion.
Very very strong since it allows you to mana cheat, would be even better if it had Spider Tank stats instead of Chillwind Yeti, but still very playable and will most likely replace Earth Revenant in Elemental Shaman.
a Chillwind Yeti that makes the majority of the minions in your hand and deck easier to play... how is this a bad thing?

Insanely powerfull card. Mana cheat is nothing to scoff at and it has insane synergy. Maybe this will make elemental shaman in wild a lot better as well!
Honestly im baffled that you get such a strong effect, on a rare card THAT HAS YETI STATS. Just WOW this is so insanely good.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Vanilla stats, powerful effect, jep, this will see play somewhere. In a tempo deck, you probably want to run this along with plenty of card draw because if your board gets cleared after you've vomited all your cheap elementals out of your hand it's game over for you.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Considering it not only reduces the cost of Elementals in hand but also in the deck, I'd say this card is looking quite strong. Hopefully Elemental Shaman will keep on being good, as it's actually a fun deck to play!
I'm always a sucker for cards that affect the deck. This one actually seems strong, too! At least based on the little I played of it in Duels.
