Sounds cute but maybe a tad impractical?. I guess it's a good way to do something with eggs?
I just don't see this happening.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Really cool effect, VERY similar to one of the best cards from TESL: Altar of Despair (R.I.P.). While it doesn't provide the same kind of engine that Altar did, this is still a very cool card. It plays well with Eggs or other cheap Deathrattles; it can also be used to turn an Imp (or some other token) into a 2-Drop. I think Zoolock should try this out, they might be surprised at how good it is.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Maybe Dark Alley Pact and giants sinergy?
Playing a big boy on t3-4, trade and cheat out another big boy from hand next turn.
By The Holy Light!
excellent Deathrattle support. I cannot wait to abuse it
To me its basically a deathrattle trigger the same way as Terrorscale Stalker was, except the deathrattle minion dies.
Play Nerubian Egg on 2, play this on three and get maybe 10/10 worth of stats on board. Not bad at all. But probably too inconsistent to ever be meta. Because outside of this combo, this card doesn't really offer much else. In the same mana slot, I'd much rather just play Revenant Rascal or even plain Kabal Outfitter, which at very least can exist outside of the egg combo.
Unless of course, there's plenty more eggs coming forward.
Edit: After some thought this card could potentially break the meta. Goldshire Gnoll into this. Or Anetheron. Basically anything that cheats mana gets better with this around.
Perhaps this guy is paired with Tamsin's Phylactery in a deathrattle deck of sorts? We've seen these "destroy a friendly minion" effects before in warlock like Grim Rally and EVIL Genius so maybe this guy will be good in a zoolock
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Definitely a build around type of card. Interested in seeing what comes about from this!
So this can trigger eggs and summon a minion from your deck. This will probably see play in nearly zoolock deck in standard. Oh and in wild i think Cubelock might experiment with it, after all a Sacrificial Summoner onto a 3 cost minion can summon a Voidcaller.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This is such a weird card, I actually think it has potential because it curves exactly from Nerubian Egg or Boneweb Egg, giving you a huge amount of stats on turn 3. Zoo might be interested in it if it's worth going deathrattles over demons.
I like it - interesting deathrattle synergy and could also work in Zoolock if you make a value Trade and afterwards destroy the minion you attacked with.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
This curves perfectly off of Boneweb Egg and Nerubian Egg, which makes it stupidly powerful. In the case that everything goes to plan, you end up with 4 power from the egg, 3 from Sacrificial Summoner, and potentially another 3 or 4 from the summon (some interesting results include Injured Blademaster and Terrorguard Escapee - maybe even King Mukla). 10 power on turn 3 is nuts.
Even if your opponent makes an effort to kill the egg ahead of this, you're looking at an opportunity to hit them in face for 4 (or value trade in the case of Nerubian) and then trade up on a token minion. There aren't as many exciting 5-drops if you end up in that spot on Nerubian, but Ogremancer could be a good grab, and there's plenty of good 2-drops for Boneweb Spider to trade up to.
This would probably go in a deathrattle deck. Preferably used on something whose death benefits you more than having it on the board.
Uhg, it is killing me that so many cards hint at Deathrattle decks, but we have yet to see more deathrattle cards - kind a reminds me of how Deathrattle DH was advertised without the support package in the last few expansions
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Arena: An understatted 3-drop with a questionable upside? No, thanks!
Constructed: I feel like this will be more often used to pull a specific card from your deck than it will be used to kill of a specific deathrattle. However, they're not mutually exclusive so if you can do both at the same time Sacrificial Summoner is suddenly the star of that deck.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Well designed and powerful.
Egglock support, but honestly highly inconsistent.

Looks really bad but I already feel my salt levels increase when I'll meet this on ladder.
I see that the goblin it's the sacrifice himself, he already lost an arm to that portal
So, everyone is using the specific examples of eggs as the target, but what are you putting in there that you hope to summon after the egg. You would need enough 3 drops that lose nothing from being summoned instead of played to make it consistent. How many of those do you want to still have to play since you only have two of these guys to use?
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Birthing Pod this is not, but I still really like seeing this effect here. Carefully constructing a deck for maximum laddering up the mana costs seems like a fun challenge.
Welcome to the site!
They really want you to play Eggs in Warlock, don't they.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Nice addition for Token/Egg Warlock. Seems decent, will experiment with this card.
Looks like a decent addition to aggro Warlock. I can see this pulling off some insanity by turn 4 or 5.
