Oh my, that would be a hell of a value generation. If only people could hold more than 10 cards in hand.
Btw since this generates mage minions only, the result should be oftentimes satisfying.
it's too similar to Mana Cyclone, if you want to fill your hand just to fill it cyclone is better maybe a one off.. to have more cheap spell value generators.. furter tech vs warrior? MORE value after you used your 2 cyclones.. probably not needed... but might as well.
Lots of random stuff in Mage this set. Seems alright though if you want to generate a bunch of cards.

What Minions does Mage *actually* want though? This is like Mana Cyclone but so much worse.
Give me a hand of usable, Random Spells over a hand of (probably useless) Random Minions any day.

Not sure Conjurer Mage actually needs this...
However, this card could help shifting the same list further towards Handmage - if ever the meta can use any of that.
And you can combine it with cyclone to get fresh minions AND spells :) Say a turn 5 with SA on bord, you play this, all your zero cost one mana spells and cyclone and get a full hand of random aweseomeness.
