Annie will be noxus or runeterran?
noxus would be my guess because of path of champions, two runeterrans one bilge champ and one noxus champ would make a perfect playable champs config.
I tought the darius would be the noxus playable character
darius is the only noxus champion right now, they need two for every region and the other regions are already full(lux,garen,fortune,illaoi,jhin,bard,jynx,vi,yasuo,lee sin and darius)
All of her followers are from Noxus so I think that she will be Noxian.
