  • Thief Priest support... I'm not sure how much I like this.  I can see it staying on the board for a max of 2 turns before something is done to remove it ASAP.  Any longer than that, you were losing to begin with and should have just conceded. 

    With that in mind, Wild Priest will have a number of shenanigans though to keep this around and certainly to pull needed cards from your opponent's deck. 

  • I am excited to try this in wild with Illucia, Mindrender. Won't be good cuz you'll only have 4 mana but It might be good enough because it can stop combo.

  • Its just bad, but not because of its power level but because it forces you to play a bad archetype with bad cards like Psychic Conjurer.

    The only way this card is even remotely viable is through ridiculous rng allowing you to actually get a copy of your opponent's win con and somehow being able to play it along with this on board, and your opponent have not yet played that card before you do.

    Layers and layers of stuff that needs to happen, and all on rng. I guess its fine if you like memes, but is this the sort of thing we waste one good legendary slot for, team5? I guess it follows the usual precedent - priest legendaries have to either be completely god tier or completely waste basket material.

  • Well if they give us more Thief Priest support this could be decent but right now i think this is to weak to find it's way into standard ... 

  • Sounds too gimmicky to work but the empty-headed gremlins that still insist that the paint by numbers experience of Quest Priest counts as fun will probably slot this in for no reason whatsoever and somehow ruin your day with it.

    It will work on card  when they have already been played.

    It will result in minion being taken control of; and weapon, secret, sigil, locations, etc... to be destroyed (as only one can be in play at a time)

     

    It makes it a lot better. Not OP yet, but better. And definitely more oppressive/annoying.

  • This looks like a nice card if you're playing Priest. Of course, there hasn't been a lot of copying cards in Priest lately, and that would have to change for you to want this card.

  • Any card with this much potential to tilt the opponent gets a sparkling 5 stars from me. I do hope there's more support coming, however. It would be a shame if we only get to see it in dragon decks.

  • Well, this is a interesting card. I can see this card being pretty annoying to play against when it gets the right kinda support, but thats something that you can say about every priest card. Either way this card seems like it has a lot of potential. And in wild this slots right into thief priest, which has a few more tools in wild... Yet again "few more" as its not that good of a deck. But hey its a fun (to play) deck and thats all that matters.

  • I do like how various disruptive game-tool been added with this expansion. You'll see me tinkering with Priest!

  • If we take into account that if you have played some copies of cards in your opponent deck before playing the harvester, it will become something like battlecry: destroy the original copied card, so on a right decks it will be a deck destroyer on turns 8+, at least on paper it seems strong, but very rng dependant

  • Ambitious, there's a good chance that your opponent has already played the cards you've copied from them in the first place. Literally stealing the original minions is a potent effect, but that requires having the mana to do so, and with Harvester's statline, he's going to last one turn.

  • Seems like a super annoying card. I can imagine how triggering it might be to play against it!
