Do I need any spell other than desert strike when every ambush is a spell?
Naaaaah 6 spells only 3 prowl 3 desert strike then just curve ambush stuff overwhelm Champs and the allegience tutor easy easy easy God deck building is simple

Probably the only standard deck I like because it plays like an eternal deck!
Turn 3 concede on my ambush deck all because I made the dreaded bush into 2/2 3/1 play. To be honest tho that is nuts it's like do you have a 3/2 to block? No then lose game cuz mystic shot doesn't exist rofl!!!
I am speaking of pakaa cub, so basically because it costs two to summon Bush and paka has a ambush cost of 1 paka isnt 3 mana he's two and a half mana because spell mana counts for half.
That with his swing potential of 5/3 stats on two across two bodies makes him a nightmare

I think there might be a valid argument that standard is starting to get power crept a little
For me that's fine makes the format worth playing for me personally
But if all you wanted to do was jam cost efficient followers at that 4-5 mana range
