Finally a Hero card for Death Knights! Ironic, considering the first round of Hero cards were "Death Knights" before the class existed. This looks really good and fun! I'm already playing Rainbow, and this should make the deck even more powerful.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
Awesome flavor, but surprisingly boring gameplay wise. Not weak mind you, just boring. I would be very surprised this one doesn't see at least some decent play.
Always love having more hero cards to play with. I am hoping this one is good but will definitelly try it. Doubling its hero power could be really good.
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
Death Knight will definitely benefit from this. Any hero card with a good hero power sees play as long as the class performs well. You can definitely cycle fast enough through your deck to get the head as dk. Seems like an auto include in current rainbow dk build
This Hero card has a devilish design
What deck will make the Horseman shine?
Control, or Aggro, or a Combo with Undead?
Find out quickly, before you draw his Head
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
The flavor is through the roof but I fear the power level isn't high enough for competitive Wild (not to mention the Rune requirement). I'll still play it and it's definitely a great fit for Standard Rainbow lists.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

trying to help hs player
Rune mixing has been the Achilles heel for many deck ideas, but maybe this has the power to push it over the edge. It's removal, a constant source of damage, and a constant source of minions (which in turn means that it still generates Corpses like the base Hero Power). It also just naturally fits into Rainbow DK. This will probably be quite strong.
But why exactly is the Headless Horseman in a toy factory?
Very funny flavour and neat card, rainbow dk eatin good in this expac
I don't even think you need the head in most cases. Seems fine Just as is.
Love hero cards so I'm always bias haha; an Asphyxiate, 5 armour and 3 damage hp for 6 mana is fantastic
Discovering an Undead each turn is just the cherry on top (if you draw the head)
Made a shitpost with this hero.
As it would turn out...
A headless horseman pulling pumpkins makes for all kinds of depraved humor!
Very hyped for this card!!
Probably my favorite card of the set, and I'm glad they gave this character the respect it deserves. Really looking forward to seeing all the emotes in action!
Access to infinite value and consistent damage for Blood and Unholy is going to be pretty strong.
Well, I love the way the card text is written for this. And it seems just plain good.
And no Steamcleaners to take away the head before I draw it!
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
