Are the "minis" generated from the pool of minions that have the Miniaturize key word? If so, this is pretty strong, especially if pulled out by Chemical Spill. If the "minis" are something else, then I don't know.

This one seems really powerfull as all minis are... Also Rotface was one of my favourite warrior cards ever. This one IS not going unnoticed by me.
I think this Will see play and maybe with the doctor?

@Pezman Yes it gives you the Mini versions of Miniaturize cards. So something like the Amateur Puppeteer or Tabletop Roleplayer might just be vanilla 1/1s, unfortunately. I really like the Mech Warrior package, but I'm not a super fan of Botface because it is so random. The list isn't terrible, but I prefer consistency.
Minis are really good, but random Minis aren't a reliable way to win the game - add to that the fact that this costs 9 and you're really struggling to make things work. Chemical spill or nothing for this minion, unfortunately.

The Minis can potentially provide you a lot of value, but that staline of 9 mana 3/9 is pretty blegh! You're probably going to get a maximum of 4 Minis in most situations and if your opponent hard removes it, then you don't even get anything.
It's not that great with Chemical Spill either since then it's a 5 mana 3/4.
Value machine for warrior. Will see play in fun decks for sure

Could popoff - taunt helps a lot as it's severely understatted for a 9 drop lol, however Mech synergy might just carry
Again too much RNG for me, even if the Minis are mostly good cards. The problem is that this strategy likely won't help you win the game so I'm struggling to picture where this could find a home.

I can't see this getting much value, even with setup as your playing around a 9 mana do-nothing.
Even with discover this is will take a while to close games.
If this minion can be discounted or cheated out, then it'll be amazing. If not, it'll still be pretty decent!
I think unless your opponent has hard removal, you most likely get four to six Minis out of this. Which actually seems like a pretty big liability for milling yourself. The 3 Attack also means just about anything will be able to safely trade into this.
While there's a number of strong minis (Rogue's Sandbox Scoundrel immediately comes to mind), I'm very doubtful that they're powerful enough to justify spending 9 mana playing this guy. Especially when even within the same class, 8+ mana cards tend to need to be game winning/ending to see play.
