Probably useless at the moment, while being absurd once the mid-expansion drops if it's even remotely Pirate-themed.
I can see a card like this being super toxic in the right circumstances, but it doesn't seem like there is enough Pirate synergy at the moment. Let's hope this doesn't usher in a wave of super aggressive Pirate decks like we've seen in the past.

I think Rogue is currently the only class that cares about Pirates, but has enough ways to cheaply summon or play Pirates that this could be a premium 1-Drop for that deck. Don't forget: Raiding Party is back, so it's not like Rogue is on a desert island when it comes to Pirate support.

Hey this goes great with the Rogue Legendary that copies pirates it plays. It is just automatic +1 damage (2 to a random enemy) and you get the extra +1 for each concecutive pirate played. This could be good

This does seem to fill a different niche than Arms Dealer, making it more of a combo than a tempo card.
Another card I'm super hyped for! Wild aggro decks will love this. Obviously Pirate Rogue, but also Aggro Druid and maybe even Shadow Priest. Turn 1 Treasure Distributor into two copies of 3/2 Parachute Brigand and 2/1 Patches anyone?

Not too crazy as Priest dragon+pirate, but it's neutral,
so I suspect it finding a home with Pirate Rogue.
Not so great in Standard right now because we don't have that many great and cheap Pirates, but if the next set's theme is anything to go off of, we're probably getting Pirates.
Then this basically becomes an Arms Dealer for Pirates.
This card will be a good friend for Patches the pirate
Why is this Rogue Card Grey?

Quite a strong card, and it should have been a Rogue one at that. All the random pirate summoning will be so much better with this guy around!
I guess if any class is running pirates this expansion, it will be Rogue. If pirates are good, this is good.
Incredibly strong for pirates, don't underestimate extra +1 attack on traditionally aggressive minions.
