This looks pretty good to me! There are plenty of viable Locations that you could easily have down by turn 5. Then you have vanilla stats on curve plus Draw 2.

I don't know about that. Famished Fool didn't really saw much play and that card was a lot easier to trigger, while not being completely useless without fulfilling the condition.
The stats are not great but locations have always been really good in the meta. Maybe this could work in reno decks? The thing is... Lots of classes already have good draw.

Sure. There's a variety of locations worth playing, and drawing two cards is always something I like doing, personally. The new Shaman location can draw this and make it cost 1 less, so you can draw cards and then draw more cards (and maybe this draws the second Janitor, so that's even more cards to draw).

I'm of a completely different opinion here - for me, this is one of the candidates for the Magma Rager award. It's way too expensive and 5 Mana do nothing has a nasty habit of exploding in your face if your not ahead anyway. Maaaaaaybe Spell Druid can use this because their location is super cheap and they might need the draw.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

It's hard for location synergy to be really good since there's just simply not very many of them yet. In a world where each class has more locations, then this is probably decent, but I don't see it yet.
Love cards with location sinergy in mind, will see play with good locations
I don't even think a none conditional 5 mana draw 2 would see play, so No. There is no deck that reliably has a location up on turn 5.

Seems a little expensive for what it does. I doubt you will care all that much for the 5/5 stats.
Seems a little out of place. Maybe in Wild it'll see play, but apart from that, there are better alternatives.
Hard for me to judge this one, but it doesn't seem that there's that many locations left over post-rotation, and typically decks so far either run 2 copies of a single location or a single Prison of Yogg
