Some more little fuel for Big Spell Mage (and curving into Under the Sea) although it feels a little too slow for a meta where Paladins and Hunters are going to run you over very quickly if you can't keep them under control with cheap removal spells in the early game.
No immediate impact and only usable in one specific archetype or it's just not worth it. Let's just say I'm not a fan, even though the art is funny.
On the one hand, if the spell you draw costs 7 or more, it's a good deal, on the other you lose the ability to pick your target. In most cases, I guess it doesn't matter.
